Treatments
A variety of treatment options may be introduced to you by your rheumatologist, including medications, surgery, exercises, physical or occupational therapy, or infusion. All with one goal in mind - control your symptoms and side effects and maintain a high quality of life. If you're experience pain, swelling, or stiffness in your muscles or joints, be sure to talk to your doctor. They may refer you to a rheumatologist for evaluation.
