Nurse Navigation

When you find out you have cancer, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, and fearful—all normal and understandable. One day your life is going well, the next it becomes filled with medical jargon and decisions about your treatment. This is why Sturdy Memorial offers nurse navigation for our oncology patients. From the first day of your diagnosis, through your treatment, recovery, and survivorship, your nurse navigator will guide you through the information, appointments, and emotions that accompany your diagnosis. Providing you with education and support, while also serving as your advocate and confidant is part of your care at Sturdy

What is a Nurse Navigator
