Liudvikas Jagminas, MD, FACEP is a board-certified emergency medicine physician at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Dr. Jagminas received his Doctor of Medicine from Brown University. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, New York.

How do you approach care?
I strive to deliver patient centered care by involving patients in decision making regarding their healthcare, as well as culturally competent care, and strive to ensure patient safety and create a positive patient experience.
What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?
I entered medicine because of the unique challenges of applying science to the betterment of people with illness, I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of Emergency Medicine and being able to help people with their unexpected health care issues.
What do you find rewarding about your career?
Being available to patients during their acute need for medical care.
What are your personal interests?
I enjoy volunteering as medical director at a children's youth camp in Vermont. I have spent many years traveling and performing medical relief work.
I enjoy many outdoor activities such as sailing, skiing, tennis, and mountain biking.
