Get to Know the Provider
How do you approach care?
My treatment approach is evidence-based and collaborative. I like to get to know my patients and their individual goals for rehabilitation. I then develop a treatment plan tailored to their needs to meet these goals. I also love to work collaboratively with the other providers on the team.
What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?
I have always been interested in anatomy, biology, health, and fitness. While I was participating in the Greater Boston Dance Teacher's Association Dance Teacher Education course, I learned about injury care and prevention from one of the Boston Ballet's Physical Therapists, which introduced me to the field. I also love working with people and helping them to return to the activities they love.
Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health?
I have lived in the community my entire life and was even born at SMH. I wanted to participate in a growing health network and do my part in providing excellent health care in my community.
What are your personal interests?
I enjoy dancing, fitness, music, reading, and being outdoors, be it enjoying a day on the beach or hiking.
