I like to employ shared decision making models with patients.

What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?

Primary care is essentially the prevention of the development of disease, which should be a goal as our society. I also enjoy the variability primary care brings to my daily life. 

Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health?

Sturdy Health is focused on community-based care and helping underserved populations, which is something I fully support as a health care provider. 

What are your personal interests?

I love nature, reading, and writing. I am interested in animal welfare and own three lovely cats.
