Eric Dodson, PT is a physical therapist at Sturdy Health Rehabilitation Services in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Eric graduated from Northeastern University, where he received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with a concentration in sports conditioning. He holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Eric has experience working in several outpatient orthopedic facilities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and completed his final internship at Sturdy Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine - Physical Therapy. Eric’s clinical interests include sports injuries and orthopedic surgeries.

How do you approach care?
I approach physical therapy care by incorporating hobbies and interests into treatment and plan of care. This provides an improvement in quality of life and allows patients to become or remain active. Movement is medicine!
What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?
I have always wanted to help people achieve active goals and live pain-free.
Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health?
I finished my last clinical rotation with Sturdy Health in 2014. During the interview process, I was drawn to the tight-knit community Sturdy Ortho offered.
What are your personal interests?
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and children as well as being active through skiing, surfing, playing ice hockey, and playing golf.
