How do you approach care?

What inspired you to pursue a career in healthcare and your specialty?

I try to approach each patient encounter with the care and attention that I would expect for myself or for one of my family members. I hope that each patient I care for feels that they have been heard and that their concerns have been addressed.

Why did you choose to join Sturdy Health?

I began my career as an ER nurse about 20 years ago and knew that if I pursued a career as an advanced practice nurse that the ER would remain my home. I enjoy the variety and pace and above all, I truly enjoy helping patients in their moment of need.

What are your personal interests?

I was pleasantly surprised by the culture of genuine caring here at Sturdy Health. There is no greater compliment than when a patient remarks on the excellent care they have received here. I feel so honored to be a part of this wonderful team.

What are your personal interests?

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and five beautiful children. It is a joy to watch them grow and learn and develop their own interests!
