Christopher Nacca, MD is an orthopedist and sports medicine physician at Sturdy Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Dr. Nacca received his Doctor of Medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York and his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude in biomedical science from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. At Marist, he also played four years of varsity soccer.

Dr. Nacca completed his internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He also completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine. Rounding out his training, Dr. Nacca earned his sports medicine fellowship at New England Baptist Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Nacca is at the forefront of orthopedic medicine with continuing research. In 2018 he received the Michael G. Ehrlich Research Award and in 2017 he received the Orthopedics Journal Blue Ribbon Article Award.
